I help organizations understand, measure, and communicate the change they are making in the communities they love.
I am an applied researcher with a particular passion for turning messy and overwhelming data sets into actionable paths forward. My expertise is in evaluating workforce development, public health, and early childhood education programs.
I hold a Bachelor’s of Science from the College of William and Mary and a Masters of Public Health from the University of Tennessee (and I love those Vols!), where I studied community health. I am a member of the 2019 educational leadership cohort at the University of Lynchburg, which will result in a Doctorate of Education in Summer 2022. I’m an active member of the American Evaluation Association.
Prior to launching my own consultancy, I led a corporate philanthropic community engagement strategy in southern Virginia that built and advanced a cradle to career technology talent pipeline in the region, evaluated the organizational culture of Department of Energy facilities, led data efforts that aimed to protect Department of Defense employees from hazardous contaminants, and solved complex public health problems for private healthcare clients and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
